- Complimentary welcome drink (one per person) of Marquis Suffolk wine or non alcoholic fizz upon arrival

- The £340 rate applies to our Classic or Deluxe rooms, upgrades available at an additional cost of £40 for Superior rooms and £100 for Suites
- Prices based on 2 adults sharing
- Spa facilities are included and allow one session for two hours between 6:30am to 8:30am/ 4:30pm to 6:30pm/ 6:30pm to 8:30pm/ 8:30pm to 10:30pm. OR two hours use of the tennis courts, subject to availability.
- No cash alternative will be given
- Discounts are non transferable and must be used by the booker
- Valid until November 30th 2026; excluding Bank Holiday weekends
- Bookings are subject to availability
- Existing bookings are non transferable
