All Spa treatments require 50% deposit at the time of booking and the remaining balance to be paid on departure. 

All Spa experiences require payment in full at the time of booking.
We require 48 hours notice to cancel treatments and 72 hours is required for Spa Experiences. No refunds will be given if the required notice is not given.
Parking is available to all guests, including some electric car charging points. 

Please arrive promptly at the start time of your Spa Experience to allow enough time to change into your robe and allow our team to familiarise you with the Spa. 

We kindly ask that a Health Consultation Form is completed before arrival at the Spa. 

Upon arrival, we will provide you with a robe, towel, flip flops and key fob. A pre-authorisation will be needed for the robes and for any food and beverage purchases. 

Robes and towels remain the property of the Spa, but the flip flops are yours to take away with you unless you wish for us to recycle them.
Appropriate swimwear is obligatory in all wet areas. We kindly ask guests to wear a robe over their swimwear on the way to a treatment. Robes are limited to the Spa and are not permitted in the Hotel or Restaurants. 

We recommend leaving any jewellery and valuables at home as we do not take responsibility for losses or damages to personal property.
Our exclusive Spa is designed to offer a haven of relaxation for all our guests and we kindly request that our Spa guidelines are followed and respected. 

Mobile phones are to be used on silent and please refrain from taking calls. Please be considerate of fellow guests. 

Smoking and vaping are not permitted in any areas of the Spa. 

Please do not consume any external food or drink in the Spa. We have a range of food and drink options available to purchase and complimentary water in the Spa lounge. 

We ask that you keep your voices to a whisper when in treatment areas to minimise disruption to treatments. 

Please do not bring any laptops or tablets in the Spa area.
Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your treatment. A late arrival will result in a reduction of treatment time, or we may be unable to carry out your treatment. The cancellation policy will still apply. 

If you are a group of two or more guests your treatment may be booked into a double treatment room. 

If you require to make amendments to your treatments, we will require 48 hours if we do not receive the required notice, you would be charged in full for the original treatments booked. 

We recommend wearing either underwear or dry swimwear beneath your robe before entering the treatment room, so you are comfortable for the duration of the treatment. Disposable underwear is available on request. 

Please note on a rare occasion that we may need to move your treatment time without prior notice, we will always do our best to keep it as close to your preferred time as possible.
We kindly ask that a Health Consultation Form is completed prior to arrival at the Spa so we are able to identify any conditions that may affect your treatment or use of our Spa facilities. 

Certain medical conditions may prevent the use of specific facilities and treatments, however we will always do our best to accommodate your needs wherever possible. 

Please ensure you notify Spa Reception at the time of booking of any medical conditions, recent surgery including if you are going through or recovering from a cancer journey. 

Our team of therapists are highly skilled and trained to adapt treatments when needed. Your therapist will discuss any conditions with you in private.
We kindly ask that you make us aware if you are expecting a baby prior to your arrival. We are able to advise you on the best options for your spa experience with us. 

We recommend speaking with your GP before visiting as they will be able to advise which facilities you can use and treatments you can have during your visit. 

Please note there are restrictions on treatments in the 1st Trimester (first 12 weeks)
Please note Marquis Spa is accessible to over 18’s only.
Hotel residents can use the facilities at an additional charge of £35.00 per person and can choose a two-hour session between the hours of 6.30am-8.30am, 4.30pm-6.30pm, 6.30pm-8.30pm and 8.30pm-10.30pm. Subject to availability.
